You're borderline, but you still need to monitor your BP closely. <br /><br />Sad to say, but a lot of Asian dishes are like heart-killers---too much salt and fatty foods. Just cut down on the salt and eat those fruits and veggies. Also, try to get a little bit of cardiovascular exercise in each day. A little will help. Take the stairs at work, instead of the elevator, and walk around after eating lunch, etc.<br /><br />Most importantly, don't let this stress you out. Stress will raise your BP too.
