hubby's abs training program

Hubby signed up for a new abs training program just this month. Check out how this abs training program goes and see if this is something that could work for you as well. :-)

As for me, I tried it once but I have quitted from this program because my little Dipdip's weight was no joke. Let's just play something else, princess! Hehehe

LOL...I think the hubby's on his way to that 6-pack abs with Dipx2 training him. You're right---working out with a little girl sitting on your abdomen is painful! You'll be sore for days. LOL...!

Sit-ups, crunches, and ab rolls should work just fine without the "extra" weight! ;)

Yes, that's a sure way to flatten one's abs and at the same time have a great bonding moment with your baby. Both father and baby enjoyed the bonding cum exercise, hehehe, lol. I appreciate your comment on my blog. I feel that you are not far from God's kingdom and His messages are treasured in your heart. Please pray always and read the word of God daily for the hour is near. You can feel it in the air and all the world are experiencing the so called "birth pains" as described in the Bible. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

Cutie! I think your hubby can go on like this all day. He'll get a six pack in no time :)
